We ship from Calgary, Alberta 

When will orders be processed?

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days for ready curated gift boxes. Orders may or may not be processed on weekends or holidays.

At this time, we ship Canada wide.

Do you customize gift boxes?

Yes, we do  Let us know how we can further assist you with customization by contacting us.

What is the shipping method and its cost?

We ship orders with Canada Post and offer a $20 flat rate anywhere in Canada.

You will then have different options to choose from for your shipping method.

We currently offer FREE shipping on orders $200 and up.

Do you offer pick up or local delivery?

We do offer pick up.

We do local delivery within Calgary and surrounding areas for FREE for any orders above $200

Local delivery option will appear upon checkout if the shipping address is within the areas covered.

For local delivery, do you offer same day or next day delivery?

Same day or next day delivery may be available upon request. Please contact us before placing your order.
